Q: I did not get any mail (no newsletter, no message)… What’s going on?
A: Check your Spam/Deleted Items folder in your e-mail client.

Q: How can buy your instrument?
A: Our web store is provided by Gumroad/Payhip which offers various languages, currencies (you can pay via credit cards or paypal) and extended download option.

Q: After purchasing got purchase invoice?
A: Of course. Invoice incl.

Q: How are your files delivered?
A: All orders placed on the website are delivered digitally via the internet. They are not sent via post or delivered as tangible goods. You will receive an email with links to product. To reduce download times, all files are compressed into a ZIP or RAR format.

Q: How to install?
A: Remember, always you should unpack and/or copy the entire contents from the archive to your VST plugins folder, not just the DLL.
Windows: Extract the downloaded archive to your VST plugins folder (the one which is scanned by your DAW). 32-bit to 32-bit and/or 64-bit to 64-bit your DAW version.
Mac OSx: Extract the downloaded archive to /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components and restart your DAW.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: All BeatMaker Plugins are digital content and will be delivered in digital form upon download upon purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we can not offer refunds. Please before buying, you can download demo version, is fully functional! Check that everything works properly on your system and if you like, buy the plugin! More info
